by the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club

29 - 5th Graders at Central Elementary School Students were inducted into the EarlyAct Club of Central Elementary School by district 5790 District Governor Troy Secord on October 8, 2015.

EarlyAct is a program sponsored by the Rotarians at Lewisville Morning Rotary that will provide students opportunities to participate in active citizenship in a culturally diverse democratic society with an interdependent world.

The EarlyAct Club of Central Elementary School is the first club chartered EarlyAct Club in District 5790. The EarlyAct movement started in Great Brittain and later spread to Florida and New Jersey. There are few EarlyAct Clubs in south and central Texas Districts. We are hopeful that this club will be the first of several in our district.
